CA toppers felicitated

"Education is the gateway to the world of dreams and opportunities. One should dream, make a choice and diligently move towards this goal" said Sri. Vishal Hegde, Pro-Chancellor (Admn), Nitte (Deemed to be University) in his presidential address at the felicitation ceremony of CA examination achievers. The program was organized by the Commerce Association of Dr. NSAM PU College, Nanthoor on 27th September 2021. CA Sunil, an alumnus of Dr. NSAM PU College was felicitated for clearing his CA final examination. The world is today a small and more connected place thanks to technology, but the repercussions of the overuse of social media on learning and understanding need to be kept in mind. Dr. MS Moodithaya, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Nitte (Deemed to be University) who was the Chief Guest, advised students to think positively and inculcate good habits.

Dr. Naveen Shetty K, Principal, in his keynote address said that the college prepares students for the competitive world by training them well and helping build their confidence.

The program was organized to felicitate CA Sunil, an alumnus of Dr. NSAM PU College for clearing his CA final examination conducted recently. The other achievers who were felicitated included Ms. Sharanya who cleared CA Intermediate Group I and Ms. Kavya who cleared both groups of CA Intermediate examination. Mr. Shamith, Mr. Sharan, Ms. Rimsha, Ms. Apoorva and Ms. Bhagyashree have cleared their CA Foundation Examination.

The felicitation was followed by the Orientation Program for I & II year Commerce students for which CA Kiran Vasanth, KVC Academy, Mangaluru was the resource person.

The program was coordinated by Ms. Shakunthala Shetty, Lecturer. Dignitaries were introduced by Ms. Suman, Ms. Vidya MN and Ms. Veena Ullal, Lecturers in Commerce.

Mr. Venkat Giri, Lecturer was the Master of Ceremony. Ms. Sangeetha Shetty introduced the achievers while Mr. Karthik, Lecturer proposed the vote of thanks.

All the staff members and Commerce students were present for the program.
